Rose City acted as the Tenant Representative in leasing approximately half of the downstaris of the building. We located a space meeting all of the cliet’s needs, negotiated price, terms and buildout from a warm shell into a call center. Finding a space with 6,300 sf± is easy. But 70% of this client’s employees were smokers and of limited means (carless). We were charged with finding an affordable space, located within easy walking distance of a Max Light Rail Station on the first floor with abundant bandwidth for dozens of phones and computers.
